📋 Description

• Draft the administrative documents for Tender Packages (DCEs) • Advise departments on public procurement procedures • Review reports and verify the compliance of bids • Assist with negotiations for simplified procurement procedures • Review and publish Tender Packages and public procurement notices • Analyze applicant and bidder submissions • Provide legal secretariat support to the Procurement Advisory Committee • Manage the procurement process through to contract execution • Conduct legal monitoring in the field of public procurement • Share legal updates with stakeholders involved in the supplier selection decision-making process

🎯 Requirements

• A postgraduate legal qualification at master’s level is preferred • Significant experience as a Public Procurement Legal Counsel • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Self-reliance and rigor • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset
