📋 Description

• Level 1 to 3 technical support • Study and diagnose technical issues • Ask clients questions to understand the root cause of problems • Conduct advanced technical investigations • Identify root causes and collaborate with development teams • Ensure post-resolution follow-up with clients

🎯 Requirements

• Technical skills in technical support / Ops • Diagnosis and troubleshooting: ability to analyze system or application behavior • Cloud environments and web architectures: understanding of cloud provider components • Databases and web tools: comfortable with relational or NoSQL databases, Git, CI/CD • Awareness of security best practices and ability to write clear solutions • Comfortable using Artificial Intelligence tools
