• Lead the generation of strategic insights from Scanntech's database, connecting data to major market movements • Transform data into relevant and impactful narratives (storytelling), reinforcing the company's positioning as an authority in market intelligence • Plan, execute and oversee the agenda for: strategic studies; webinars and quarterly presentations; content for clients, events and media • Serve as a reference in creating strategic content for senior audiences (clients and industry) • Lead the production of studies for the press, directly contributing to Scanntech's market visibility and reputation • Work in partnership with internal teams to align insights with business objectives • Develop partnerships with media outlets, associations and strategic stakeholders • Continuously improve processes, analytical methodologies and delivery formats, ensuring innovation, agility and excellence • Manage multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring organization, prioritization and execution
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields • Strong experience in market intelligence, shopper insights and/or analytics — data analysis with a strategic focus • Experience in FMCG / retail / consumer goods is preferred • Experience managing projects and multiple concurrent priorities • Advanced Excel required • Experience with analytical tools (a plus): Power BI, Power Query, analytics automation • **Differentials:** • Knowledge of statistical methodologies • Experience with agile methodologies • Experience producing strategic content for media or executive presentations
