📋 Description

• Support the Supply Chain Management team with administrative and operational tasks in day-to-day business • Prepare and follow up on meetings, presentations, and analyses • Work with tools such as SAP and Power BI to organize and prepare relevant information in a structured manner • Coordinate closely with team members to ensure efficient processes and smooth task completion • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives • Conduct research on various topics and present the results in a clear, targeted, and accessible manner

🎯 Requirements

• Proof of enrollment for the duration of the position • Currently pursuing a degree in a technical or business-related field, ideally with a focus on Procurement or Supply Chain Management • Strong organizational skills and a structured, precise working style • Confident use of digital tools, strong IT affinity, and an interest in SAP and Power BI • Very good written and spoken German and English skills • High level of initiative, team spirit, communication skills, and enthusiasm for active interaction with a range of stakeholders
