📋 Description

• A clear product strategy helps you as a Product Manager define the overarching goal of the software product. • It also provides your entire team with a shared guideline and enables everyone involved to work toward the same goal. • In Product Management, user-centered design and a good user experience are crucial for success. • You will learn the basics of usability, user experience, and user interface design for Product Managers. • In addition, you will gain valuable insights into stakeholder management to optimize collaboration with all parties involved. • As a Product Manager, you guide your team through agile processes such as Scrum or Kanban to ensure successful product development. • You will learn how the central meetings function and what is expected of you regarding delivery.

• We train you to become a Product Manager remotely/online within 3 months (German language, min. B2) • We support you in finding a company that can offer you a job during or after the bootcamp while you are still in training • The training can be done part-time alongside your job • You will receive a mentor who will guide you through the program and you will simulate working in product teams • After three months you can join digital product teams as a certified Product Manager and will know the responsibilities of a strategic product owner • You will receive a certificate, all course materials, and access to a broad network • We recommend a B2 level in German for the course.
