• Customer-facing interactions: You acquire new customers by phone and use your communication skills to convince them of our products. • Structured documentation: You record call outcomes precisely and document all relevant information. • Tailored offers: You independently create customized proposals for potential customers. • Customer retention: You continue to support acquired customers, ensure their satisfaction, and help build the foundation for long-term partnerships. • Marketing team player: You work closely with our marketing team and other colleagues to promote the success of the entire team.
• Some experience in sales, customer service, retail, or call centers is a plus but not required. • Persuasive personality: You have a pleasant voice, a confident presence, and approach people with enthusiasm. • Resilience: Rejections only motivate you—you remain positive and persistent. • Strong communication skills: You speak and write German fluently and always find the right words. • Team spirit: You enjoy working in a team and value collaboration with colleagues.
