📋 Description

• Work in a fast paced contact center environment • Manage general inquiries and appointments • Collect data and document call information • Assess patients’ eligibility for care • Make outbound calls to patients • Meet key performance goals • Manage list of physicians accepting patients • Make follow-up calls to determine appointment keeping • All other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • Medical Assistant Certification preferred • Two years of patient care coordination or patient scheduling role preferred • Previous experience in healthcare environment preferred • EMR Experience a plus • Spanish Bilingual Preferred • Ability to quickly learn new processes and workflows • Strong communication skills, oral and written • Great active listening skills • Problem solving abilities • Excellent customer service skills
