• Lead client accounts, drive business growth, and manage high-stakes projects from start to finish • Cultivate long-term relationships with senior clients to expand Scimitar’s presence • Lead business development efforts by identifying client needs and securing new engagements • Lead complex client engagements, ensuring projects deliver exceptional results • Develop and implement high-level strategies that align with client business objectives • Use advanced data-driven insights to address critical client challenges • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior-level clients • Present complex ideas and strategic recommendations clearly to senior executives • Lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior colleagues • Take initiative in identifying new growth opportunities within client accounts • Lead teams through dynamic project environments, adapting strategies as needed • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• 10+ years of business management or consulting experience • at least 7+ years in the life sciences sector • Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred • Expertise in Program Management, Organizational Strategy, Analytics, Digital Transformation, or related areas • fluency in English.
