📋 Description

• Work remotely and give a first-class customer experience for their client • Provide telephone, email and webchat assistance • Able to work in a 6+ month W2 contract role • Collaborate with clients and adapt to various shift patterns up to 40 Hours per week

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with a minimum 3+ years in Call centers • Good experience of Inbound/ Outbound calls, Emails and (ideally) Webchats • A first-class communicator, who can adapt to new systems • Typing speed- 25+ words per minute • MS Office experience • CRM/ Call Logging Systems experience
