• Make outbound follow-up calls (15-minute sessions) to offer free training sessions. • Maintain accurate daily reporting: calls made, meetings booked, qualified vs unqualified opportunities • Work closely with the Customer Success team for smooth handoffs and escalations
• Spotless/fluent English — non-negotiable (excellent spoken English is mandatory) • Strong willingness to work hard with a high volume of outbound calls daily • Confident, positive, and customer-oriented communication style • Ability to explain things clearly to non-technical users • Highly disciplined and organized • All other skills (product knowledge, sales techniques, etc.) can be taught
