📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end payroll implementations, owning both the functional and technical delivery for our clients. • Partner closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into scalable, high-impact solutions. • Configure and tailor payroll systems to fit each client’s requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other business platforms. • Drive functional testing and validation, guaranteeing accuracy, compliance, and a smooth payroll process from start to finish.

🎯 Requirements

• +5 years of experience implementing ERP payroll solutions. • Strong expertise in payroll processes, accounting, and labor regulations, combined with hands-on experience in system configuration and customization. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively. • Experience with Integrho will be a strong advantage. • Background in implementing time & attendance solutions or HCM systems is a plus. • Spanish is essential and fluency in English.
