📋 Description
• Conduct 60-100 outbound phone calls daily to organizations in British Columbia to introduce our Managed IT services, following up with e-mails • Generate interest and qualify potential clients based on specific criteria • Schedule meetings and hand off qualified leads to our Business Development Manager • Accurately document all outreach and lead activity in our CRM (Hubspot) • Identify prospect needs and align them with our service offerings • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent verbal communication skills; confident and clear on the phone • Good active listening and interpersonal skills • Organized, self-driven, and target-focused • Willingness to learn the basics of IT services and solutions • Previous experience in outbound sales, customer outreach, or lead generation preferred • Nice to Have: • Experience with Hubspot • Experience with the MSP industry • Knowledge of the BC and Canadian business environment
