📋 Description

• Main point of contact for a dedicated account portfolio, from strategy to execution • Consult on profit-level metrics using contribution margin, repeat-purchase rate and CAC rather than solely platform metrics • Develop and own full-funnel strategies across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen and YouTube • Design and manage advertorial campaigns as part of the push strategy • Provide on-page recommendations for landing page structure, CRO and feed optimization • Analyze, test and strategically develop accounts • Build long-term client relationships • Deliver regular performance reports with a clear, compelling narrative • Scale ad accounts from four- to five-figure daily budgets • Utilize intra-day scaling

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years' experience with Google Ads for e‑commerce brands • Proven management of accounts with four-figure daily spends • Strong e‑commerce expertise • Numbers-driven with technical knowledge of tracking, attribution and feed management • Analytical, structured thinking and strong organizational skills • Highly independent work style, using AI to increase efficiency • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly • Confident handling of responsibility and performance pressure • Willingness to work within existing processes and help improve them • Passion for marketing, media and communication • Degree or vocational training in a related field welcome but not required
