📋 Description
• Manage daily posting across platforms using tools like Sprinklr, Sprout Social • Nurture relationships with customers and advocates • Set up listening and reporting for employee, customer, partner, and target market groups • Collaborate closely with partner, sales, and product organizations • Create two-way dialogue with customers, partners, and employees • Act as the bridge between the community and the product and customer service team • Leverage analytics tools to monitor and gather insights on KPIs
🎯 Requirements
• 8-11 years of experience in social media and community management • Platform expertise on LinkedIn, X, Meta, TikTok • Experience moderating and identifying opportunities in forums (Reddit, Discord) • Proficiency in Adobe creative suite • Right to remain to live and work in the UK without sponsorship
