📋 Description

• Own month-end close • Report daily cash position to leadership • Prepare the 13-week cash forecast • Review expenses, spend commitments, and payment list • Manage accounts receivable and collections • Prepare monthly management reporting package and variance review • Establish approval matrix and payment SOPs • Produce MRR, ARR, and retention reporting • Build AI workflows and automations across the finance function • Maintain the tax and filing compliance calendar • Conduct monthly payroll and headcount review • Document processes and build scalable finance structure

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting experience working directly for US based companies • Experience building workflow or automation with AI • Working knowledge of US GAAP backed by real accounting decisions • Experience converting books from cash to accrual or cleaning up non-GAAP-compliant books • Experience owning month-end close end to end • Experience building a cash forecast from scratch • Strong working proficiency in QuickBooks • Ability to translate finance into plain language for non-finance stakeholders • Experience rolling out processes to people outside the finance team • Ability to determine what to delegate and what to own hands-on • Ability to work EST or PST hours • SaaS revenue experience, Ramp, Bill.com, Deel, or Stripe are nice to have • CPA license is a bonus
