📋 Description
• Report the daily cash position so leadership always knows where things stand • Run the rolling 13-week cash forecast • Track revenue and cash inputs from commercial activity • Own AR and collections • Review expenses and spending commitments before they become surprises • Run month end close and close the books on time • Put together the monthly management reporting package • Review headcount and payroll monthly • Report MRR, ARR, and retention metrics • Own the tax and filing compliance calendar
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of accounting experience working directly for US based companies • Demonstrated knowledge of US GAAP • (A CPA license is a bonus) • Comfortable in QuickBooks and similar tools • Experience with Ramp, Stripe, or HubSpot is a plus • Hands on experience building or using AI tools in your accounting work • Able to work EST or PST hours
