📋 Description
• Own a portfolio of enterprise SEO clients end to end • Build the relationships and the reporting that make renewals an easy yes • Spot opportunities for upsell before the client asks • Read and analyze data to provide strategic recommendations • Automate reporting and workflows to enhance account management
🎯 Requirements
• 3 to 5+ years owning enterprise client relationships in a Customer Success or Account Management capacity • Deep, hands-on SEO expertise • You've built and shipped something with AI • Strong written and verbal communication • Remote, and comfortable running your book independently
