📋 Description
• Reporting to an Australia-based manager, you’ll be part of the Estimating team. • Play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of pre-order, quoting, and ordering processes. • Collaborate with a wider international team. • Prepare accurate material take-offs and bills of quantities using measuring software. • Verify customer orders for correct quantities and pricing. • Identify and escalate plan or pricing issues. • Ensure quotes meet customer and project requirements. • Maintain quote records and meet KPIs. • Prepare accurate material and labour estimates and generate supplier POs and labour contracts. • Ensure take-offs, POs, and plans are consistent with quotes and supply agreements. • Minimise material waste and validate invoicing details.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to engage with customers and internal stakeholders. • Proficient in technology and computer systems. • Strong attention to detail. • High level of organizational skills including the ability to prioritize. • High level of initiative. • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across multiple divisions and locations.
