📋 Description
• Conduct a full audit of our Product + Engineering recruiting process • Evaluate funnel performance, job descriptions, and sourcing strategy • Recommend improvements to speed, quality, and candidate experience • Partner with hiring managers + recruitment to improve processes • Train/coach current recruiters where needed • Build or refine sourcing strategies, outreach messaging, and pipeline workflows • Take on hands-on recruiting for priority roles • Support in building a scalable, repeatable hiring process
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting • Product + Engineering recruiting experience required • Experience recruiting for technical AI roles (bonus) • Experience in a SaaS, tech, or high-growth startup environment • Success filling technical roles in competitive markets • Strong understanding of sourcing, boolean search, and pipeline management • Proven ability to diagnose recruiting bottlenecks • Experience partnering with Engineering and Product leadership • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
