📋 Description

• Be Sebotics' first technical lead in Germany • Establish structures, build knowledge, and lay the foundation • Learn, install, and document devices; create and deliver training materials • Lead your own team, train new technicians, and ensure customers experience Sebotics quality • Be on-site to train staff, resolve technical issues, and install equipment

🎯 Requirements

• Technical qualification (Mechatronics, IT, Electronics, or similar) • Enjoy creating structure, taking responsibility, and building things from the ground up • Strong communication skills — written, by phone, and in person • A genuine hands-on, get-things-done mentality • Willingness to travel (multi-day / multi-week assignments possible) • Fluent German, good English • A desire not just to be part of a system, but to build it
