⢠Development and optimization of assembly processes for HMIs ⢠Selection of appropriate assembly techniques and tools ⢠Analysis of production data to identify bottlenecks ⢠Application of lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency ⢠Creation of work plans and time studies ⢠Organization and preparation of assembly workstations ⢠Planning, execution and analysis of process validations ⢠Preparation of validation plans and reports ⢠Close collaboration with engineering, production and quality assurance
đŻ Requirements
⢠Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent qualification ⢠Several years of professional experience in production planning or manufacturing ⢠Knowledge of assembly processes, time and work measurement, and lean manufacturing ⢠Experience with common CAD and ERP systems (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SAP) desirable ⢠Experience in process validation ⢠Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken ⢠Ability to perform structured analysis of complex processes and to collaborate effectively within a team
