📋 Description

• Help shape security-critical components of Secomea's platform • Design and evolve the secure, reliable, and scalable Linux-based platform • Solve engineering problems spanning distributed systems, secure networking, identity, and policy enforcement • Collaborate with teams across hardware, firmware, cloud services, and user experience • Coach and support team members through feedback, development discussions, and performance management • Drive engineering excellence through sound architecture and high code quality • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with systems development on Linux (Rust/Go/C/C++) • Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, TLS, secure communications, and distributed networking concepts • Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools in production settings • Experience building and operating server-side platforms • Experience building highly available distributed systems • Proven ability to mentor, coach, or lead other engineers
