📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and platform functionality within the Sectigo Certificate Manager ecosystem • Build and enhance RESTful APIs and distributed services using Java and Spring technologies • Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems, certificate authorities, cloud services, and network infrastructure • Collaborate with Product Management, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams • Troubleshoot and resolve functional, performance, reliability, and scalability issues in development and production environments • Contribute to technical design discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practices • Write maintainable, testable, and well-documented code • Assist with technical documentation, testing activities, and product support • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to architecture, performance, security, and operational excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is strongly recommended • Minimum of 3+ years of professional software development experience • Strong experience with Java and Spring-based application development • Experience building and consuming REST APIs • Experience with relational databases and SQL • Experience with ORM technologies such as Hibernate/JPA • Experience with Linux-based environments • Experience using source control systems, issue tracking tools, and automated testing practices • Experience with AI coding assistants and agentic development tools • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Experience with microservices and distributed systems • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Experience with messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ • Understanding of authentication, authorization, and modern application security principles • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices • Familiarity with certificate management, PKI, TLS/SSL, or security-related technologies • Experience working on enterprise SaaS platforms • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment • Willingness to learn new technologies and business domains
