📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for each role • Partner with hiring managers and act as a Recruitment Advisor • Identify recruitment needs, agree on hiring strategies, and source high-quality candidates • Create and post job openings on career sites, job boards, social media, and internal channels • Identify and approach passive candidates using LinkedIn and other professional sourcing channels • Conduct screening calls and in-depth interviews by phone and video • Maintain Securitas Group’s positive image and provide a strong candidate experience through final feedback • Build and maintain partnerships with external recruitment agencies • Support and drive Employer Branding initiatives, including social media activities, career fairs, networking events, and talent attraction programs • Identify process improvements and share ideas to enhance recruitment and candidate experience

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent spoken and written English • German or French (or other European language) would be a plus • 5–7 years of relevant recruitment experience preferred • Previous experience in end-to-end recruitment processes in big international, complex matrix organizations • Experience in volume recruitment for operational and business roles (white-collar); HR and Finance preferred • Practical knowledge of direct search and candidate sourcing techniques • Familiarity with social media, including LinkedIn • Strong knowledge of the Warsaw recruitment market • Familiarity with international recruitment markets and local hiring nuances would be a plus • Excellent communication skills for building long-term relationships with international stakeholders • Curiosity about new technologies, including AI-powered tools, and willingness to use them thoughtfully • Can-do attitude and ability to take ownership • Good organizational and time management skills
