📋 Description

• Lead account management for enterprise clients, with a specific focus on cybersecurity and SIEM solutions. • Drive customer satisfaction by understanding and responding to client needs, especially in the context of cybersecurity threats and SIEM utilization. • Manage the renewal process and identify upsell opportunities, leveraging your expertise in cybersecurity and SIEM technologies. • Serve as a cybersecurity advisor to clients, guiding them in optimizing their use of Securonix solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineering and Customer Success, to ensure effective account support and growth. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in cybersecurity and SIEM technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 -10 years of experience in cyber security sales and enterprise account management, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in SIEM. • Minimum 5 years of Cybersecurity sales experience in the UAE or Saudi Arabian market. • Proven track record of hitting revenue targets and developing and managing key accounts in the enterprise security software sector. • A strong track record selling to SOC teams at enterprise organizations. • Familiarity with SIEM products and enterprise use cases. • Outstanding consultative sales and relationship-building skills. • Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to new challenges in a rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape. • Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and engagements.
