📋 Description

• Lead design and configuration of PATT modules • Act as functional lead and decision-maker • Translate functional requirements into scalable, standardized Workday solution • Provide feasibility assessments based on system capabilities and constraints • Ensure compliance with payroll and labor regulations • Mentor junior analysts

🎯 Requirements

• Deep PATT experience ideally globally/multi-country • Enterprise-level Workday experience (10K+ employees) • Strong payroll and time tracking knowledge • Ability to lead solution decisions • Ability to act as the ‘CEO’ of the PATT functional area to foster a good working relationship with the stakeholders • Workday Payroll certification preferred • Enterprise experience preferred
