📋 Description

• Monitor project timelines, identify delays, and escalate issues to keep work moving • Monitor supplier and prepare detailed, timely reports to keep project management informed of any potential impacts on schedules or project objectives • Track purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory to ensure required materials arrive on time • Follow up with suppliers on lead times, backorders, and shipment status • Coordinate between engineering, production, and procurement to resolve blockers • Maintain accurate records, update project dashboards, and provide status reports • Identify risks early and work with teams to implement corrective actions • Recommend improvements to expediting processes, communication flow, and tracking systems • Takes ownership for project flow, timelines, and follow-through • Provides clear, timely updates to stakeholders • Coordinates effectively across engineering, production, supply chain, and vendors

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered • 2-5 years’ experience in supply chain, production, or project coordination. • ERP or project tracking experience • Strong organizational and time‑management skills • Adaptability to change with business needs • Ability to track multiple moving parts with accuracy • Clear, professional communication with internal teams and external vendors • Experience with ERP, procurement, or project management systems • Problem‑solving mindset with urgency and follow‑through • Ability to work in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments • High attention to detail and documentation discipline • Minimum requirement for all positions is a high school diploma or GED • Must have effective verbal, reading, and written communication skills in the English language
