📋 Description

• Work on challenging projects with high technical complexity; • Propose project improvements and support other team members to maintain quality standards; • Support the QA team to ensure test quality; • Assist the Salesforce consulting team to resolve technical issues and/or bugs; • Collaborate with other team members and within the client environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Salesforce development with Apex, Lightning components, API creation and test classes; • Support the QA team to ensure test quality; • Assist the Salesforce consulting team to resolve technical issues and/or bugs; • Work collaboratively with other team members and in the client environment; • Propose project improvements and support other team members to maintain quality standards; • Experience in Front-end and Back-end development; • Data modeling; • Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST, Bulk) and integration patterns; • Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Aura development; • Salesforce Certified Administrator; • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer; • Salesforce Certified Platform JavaScript Developer; • OmniStudio.

🏖️ Benefits

Daycare/babysitter support (according to policy); • Day Off / Short Day: Day off during the birthday month and in cases of moving residence. Early leave (2 hours) on the day of children’s birthdays (up to 12 years); • Leaves: Marriage – 5 business days; Maternity – 6 months; Paternity – 20 days. Bereavement – 5 business days (direct relatives) and 1 business day (extended relatives); • Gympass: Discounted plans for employees and dependents (participation according to chosen plan). Active after 1 month of employment; • Employee Assistance Program (PAE): Free support for employees and dependents including legal, psychological, financial and social assistance, among others. Assistance is confidential and extends to direct and indirect dependents; • NBaby: Support program to ensure physical and emotional health during pregnancy and up to 1 year after the baby’s birth, for employees and dependents; • Robotics Workshops: Digital creation workshops for children and their families. Workshops aim to encourage young people in technology; • Partnerships: Educational institutions (discounts on undergraduate and postgraduate programs), language schools, retail, pharmacies and restaurants; • NAV/DASA: Online medical consultations to avoid hospital visits when a diagnosis can be made by video.
