📋 Description

• Conduct visits to Tomodachi customers and monitor campaigns at distributors and auto service centers. • Drive demand and strengthen brand presence in the region. • Perform parts assessments at distributors and analyze product return or warranty rates when requested. • Record technical visits, complete visit forms, and enter relevant information about customers, opportunities, and market insights. • Maintain close relationships with customers, providing important feedback on product performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in client negotiations, field-based external work, or working with automotive dealerships/auto centers. • Basic knowledge of automotive parts/suspension. • Proficiency in Excel and analytical ability to interpret market information and customer data. • High school diploma. • Preferably technical courses, associate degrees, or bachelor's degrees in commercial or technical fields related to mechanics. • Basic English. • Residency in the Minas Gerais region — Belo Horizonte. • Availability to travel.
