📋 Description

• Lead the post-sales team with hands-on involvement in operations (not just management) • Monitor customer interactions, step in when necessary, and ensure frontline quality • Design and, above all, implement improvements across the customer journey • Work directly on key metrics: churn, LTV, repeat purchase, average ticket, and satisfaction • Create, test, and refine playbooks based on what works in practice • Identify operational bottlenecks and resolve them quickly • Work alongside the team daily, side by side, ensuring pace and performance • Turn feedback into concrete actions without relying on complex structures

🎯 Requirements

• Extremely hands-on profile: you execute, test, adjust, and continuously improve • Previous practical experience in post-sales, CX, or Customer Success • Strong results and metrics orientation • Ability to operate and lead simultaneously • Comfortable in dynamic environments with rapid changes and immediate response needs • Good communication and the ability to influence the team by example (not just by words)
