• Perform active prospecting (Cold Call, Cold Mail and WhatsApp (professional)), following structured cadences • Qualify leads based on criteria such as potential, maturity and solution need • Conduct meetings and commercial presentations in a consultative manner • Keep CRM updated accurately (activities, pipeline and status) • Manage a portfolio of opportunities, ensuring funnel progression and predictability • Work with targets for leads, conversion, contracts and revenue • Collaborate with Marketing and SDR teams to improve lead quality • Continuously evolve approach, pitch and objection handling.
• Bachelor's degree completed • Previous experience in B2B sales • Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce • Knowledge of key metrics: stage conversion rates, workable rate, hit rate and sales cycle • Ability to deliver virtual presentations with clarity and structure • Professional writing skills for client communication
