📋 Description

• Perform advanced configurations of the Segware platform. • Lead integrations with external systems, including APIs, automations, devices, and protocols. • Conduct periodic technical audits to ensure adherence to best practices. • Lead POCs (Proofs of Concept) and technical feasibility tests. • Design technical workflows and advise clients on the ideal architecture. • Document technical processes, standards, and best practices. • Track critical tickets with the Support team and ensure complete resolution. • Support the Relationship Management team with technical matters that affect retention. • Train clients and internal teams on advanced technical topics. • Serve as a liaison between Product and clients, providing structured technical feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with technical configurations, integrations, or advanced support. • Strong knowledge of systems, networks, APIs, or automations. • Strong technical diagnosis and troubleshooting skills. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and simply. • Strong organizational and process documentation skills. • Experience with monitoring centers or electronic security. • Knowledge of communication protocols, devices, and integrations. • Experience working with SaaS platforms. • Experience with POCs or technical consulting.
