📋 Description

• As an Implementation Analyst, you will work on client onboarding, assisting with configurations, parameterization and training to ensure optimal use of our products. • Implement software developed by Segware, guiding the client throughout the remote or on-site implementation process. • Ensure that agreed deadlines and training sessions are properly met. • Perform a detailed analysis of the client's needs to define the best implementation approach, minimizing impact on the client's operations. • Analyze and identify issues that may occur during implementation. • Deliver in-person and remote training to ensure end users are prepared to use the implemented solutions. • Provide ongoing support to meet client needs. • Document all implementation projects, keeping the work tools up to date. • Prepare system help documentation to make it easier for users to understand features. • Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and suggest innovations. • Perform system support and parameterization according to the client's expectations and needs. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring organization and effective delivery of implementations.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with implementation, configuration or support of systems in a SaaS environment. • Experience in technical customer support, software implementation or infrastructure support. • Availability to travel. • Knowledge of Windows and Windows Server operating systems. • Basic knowledge of Linux (advantageous for troubleshooting). • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, including IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, NAT, routing and VLANs. • Familiarity with remote access and support tools. • Basic understanding of REST APIs and system integrations. • Knowledge or experience with monitored alarm systems. • Basic knowledge of CCTV/IP systems (IP cameras, NVR and DVR). • Basic knowledge of access control systems. • Understanding of device communication, communication ports, protocols and equipment integration. • Knowledge of configuring network devices such as switches and routers for system integration. • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Proactivity and a strong sense of responsibility. • Focus on customer experience and satisfaction. • Comfortable conducting training sessions, meetings and client briefings. • Analytical profile for diagnosing and resolving problems. • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different areas of the company. • Organization and time management to meet implementation schedules. • Quick learner with an interest in developing knowledge of new technologies.
