📋 Description

• Define and implement the UI/UX strategy for products or product portfolios • Lead and mentor other UI/UX designers, promoting best practices • Design solutions for complex, large-scale systems • Develop and maintain the company’s design system • Conduct and analyze A/B tests, conversion optimization initiatives, and other UX metrics • Collaborate strategically with Product Owners, Engineers, and stakeholders • Conduct workshops and training sessions to promote a design culture • Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in UX and UI • Ability to gather requirements from clients • Design information flows and wireframes • Develop interactive prototypes using Figma • At least 3 years of experience working as a UI/UX designer for products • Advanced knowledge of methods across all stages of the design process: understanding, ideation, prototyping, and validation • Logical reasoning to define multiple flow possibilities, personalization options, and scenario maps for a solution • Familiarity with web-based applications • Ability to hand over designs to the development team • Ability to advocate effectively for the user • Theoretical and conceptual understanding of design systems • Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders • Ability to design information flows and develop interactive screen prototypes using prototyping tools
