📋 Description

• Program Strategy: Provide strategic and technical guidance to the engineering team, ensuring successful project execution in close collaboration with the Head of Engineering and Tech Leads. • Project Coordination: Work with the Head of Engineering to deliver technical projects, identifying risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and prioritizing resources. • Risk Management: Work with teams to Identify, assess, and mitigate timeline risks. • Develop mitigations and strategies for continuous improvement. • Partner with Product and Growth teams to translate business requirements into technical requirements. • Create a dynamic and accountable environment with minimal necessary processes like roadmaps, milestones, and regular team meetings. • Nurture an engineering culture of ownership, trust, and high performance and oversee the development of individual contributors and team leaders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in the Web3 or blockchain industry. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Experience using Ethereum-based blockchains and applications. • Solid understanding of systems architecture design and blockchain technology, especially Ethereum. • Proven ability to work with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
