📋 Description

• Support the preparation and monitoring of the budget and forecasts; • Understand monthly variances and detail the main causes; • Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results, proposing corrective actions with managers; • Prepare management reports and performance indicators (KPIs); • Perform revenue recognition and deferral based on project progress; • Collaborate in the accounting close processes and financial reporting; • Control and reconcile intercompany balances; • Interpret and reclassify information for consolidated management reports; • Work together with other areas of the company, providing analytical support for decision-making; • Participate in projects to improve and automate financial processes; • Respond to requests and provide clarifications during audit processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Accounting (preferred) or related fields; • Previous experience in controllership, financial planning or related areas; • Knowledge of IFRS 15 and IFRS 16; • Intermediate-level Excel; • Experience with ERP systems — SAP considered a plus; • Intermediate level English or Spanish.
