• Manage and monitor tickets and complaint handling using spreadsheets and internal systems • Record activities in the system, provide support and handle complaints related to field activities, resolving requests within the support level • Reopen tickets, follow up and update tickets as required • Communicate via email, phone and WhatsApp with internal teams, logistics operators and partners • Support incident tracking, ensuring information is organized, appropriately routed and that requests progress • Monitor requests and support their progress until completion
• High school diploma (completed) • Previous experience in a call center/customer service center is a plus • Technical skills: Basic knowledge of Excel • Basic computer skills (email, web navigation and use of systems) • Behavioral competencies: Agility in daily routines and tasks • Good judgement and critical thinking to analyze requests • Good written and verbal communication • Proactive attitude • Ability to work in a team • Organizational skills and attention to routine processes
