📋 Description

• Develop, implement and evolve telephony solutions (softphones, dialers, dynamic IVRs and voice platforms). • Build, maintain and support integrations between telecommunications systems and corporate platforms (CRM, ERP, Helpdesk and related systems). • Provide Level 2 and 3 specialized technical support for telephony infrastructure (IP PBX, VoIP, SIP Trunking, Gateways, SBCs and routers). • Configure, analyze and troubleshoot issues related to voice communication and signaling protocols (SIP, RTP, WebRTC). • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on telecommunications servers and systems. • Ensure the stability, security and availability of telecom environments. • Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for implemented solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in backend programming languages (Python, Node.js or Go); • Experience with databases (SQL and PostgreSQL); • Strong knowledge of network and signaling protocols (TCP/IP, SIP, RTP, WebRTC); • Experience developing on Asterisk platforms (AMI/ARI) or FreeSWITCH; • Familiarity with IP telephony systems, IP PBX, VoIP, SIP Trunking, Gateways, SBCs, routers; • Preferred: Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines; • Bachelor's degree (completed)
