📋 Description

• Develop and calibrate statistical demand forecasting models using techniques such as time series, regressions, and machine learning algorithms; • Perform model accuracy analyses of forecasts, proposing continuous improvements; • Integrate external variables (seasonality, promotions, launches, etc.) into demand modeling; • Support strategic decisions through robust quantitative analyses; • Collaborate with areas such as Supply, Commercial (Sales), Marketing and Finance to align assumptions and demand strategies; • Ensure governance of data and demand planning tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science or related fields; • Solid experience in demand planning; • English considered a plus; • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.); • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and critical thinking; • Good communication skills to present insights and influence stakeholders.
