• Lead the Demand and Sales Planning process, ensuring alignment between commercial and operational areas; • Develop and monitor short-, medium-, and long-term sales plans together with the commercial team, evaluating market trends, pricing, order backlog, and commercial strategies; • Manage and monitor sales limits, ensuring adherence to product availability, operational capacity, and defined planning; • Analyze historical sales and demand data to identify trends, behavioral patterns, and opportunities to improve forecast accuracy; • Evaluate demand variances, budget adherence, sales backlog, and deviations from plan; • Monitor sales performance and demand fulfillment, proposing corrective actions when necessary; • Prepare executive materials and lead cycle meetings, ensuring alignment between Commercial, S&OP, Pricing, Production Planning and Control (PCP), Logistics, and other involved areas; • Develop reports, KPIs, and control tools to monitor results and support decision-making; • Manage the product portfolio with a focus on meeting market needs and maximizing company results; • Ensure that information used in planning processes and decision-making is up to date and reliable.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Agronomy, or related fields; • Previous experience in Demand Planning, Commercial Planning, or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP); • Experience in the fertilizer industry is desirable; • Advanced Excel (formulas, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis); • Advanced Microsoft Office suite; • Familiarity with data analysis tools and performance indicators; • Advanced English; • Analytical, organized, and dynamic profile; • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across different departments.
