📋 Description

• Develop and maintain maintenance performance indicators (KPIs) • Analyze vehicle availability and identify improvement opportunities • Monitor and analyze failure/breakdown data and propose corrective and preventive actions • Track and control maintenance costs, seeking resource optimization • Create dashboards and management reports to support decision-making • Work on standardizing PCM (maintenance planning and control) processes and routines • Identify trends and opportunities through analysis of historical data • Support the development of preventive and predictive maintenance plans • Ensure the quality and reliability of information in systems • Interact with different departments to drive continuous improvement of maintenance processes

🎯 Requirements

• University degree • Solid experience in PCM / maintenance • Experience with data analysis and performance indicators • Experience with Power BI or other BI tools • Experience in maintenance performance management
