📋 Description

• Map customer journeys (B2B), reseller journeys and end-consumer journeys to identify opportunities and prioritize improvements across products and channels using data, metrics and research analysis; • Analyze user journeys, proposing process and usability improvements for solutions; • Design experiences and journeys that deliver customer value and business results, producing a product and service map aligned with business strategies; • Lead collaborative activities and projects with cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams; • Conduct tests with customers, consultants and resellers, in partnership with the Research team, to validate hypotheses and products; • Develop solutions and action plans based on satisfaction research such as NPS and CSAT; • Foster a strategic, customer- and results-focused culture.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree: Business Administration, Engineering, Design, Communications, Graphic Arts; • Lean; • Scrum / Design Thinking; • Preferred: postgraduate studies in Innovation, Customer Journeys, Neuroscience, Communications, etc.; • Process modeling; • Figma and related tools;
