• Prospect and attract new sellers and brands to operate on marketplaces; • Conduct commercial negotiations and presentations; • Assess sellers' potential; • Build and strengthen relationships with sellers; • Guide sellers through the platform onboarding process; • Negotiate with major brands/strategic partners (competitive analysis + internal strategy); • Monitor contract workflows, acting as a liaison between sellers and internal departments; • Lead the onboarding process for new partners (documentation, registration, validations, catalog, publishing, initial seller enablement); • Negotiate and support engagement of Ecosystem Services (ADS, media plans); • Identify opportunities for strategic categories and products.
• Experience with Fulfillment is a plus; • Strong skills with Excel or Google Sheets; • Communicative, analytical, and results-oriented profile; • Good interpersonal relationship with sellers and other company departments; • Commercial profile: negotiation techniques and business relationship management; • Strong verbal and written communication skills; • Proactive and able to work effectively in a team; • Marketplace experience focused on hunting (seller acquisition) and performance; • Previous experience with marketplace onboarding; • Knowledge of integration hubs.
