📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from aligning job profiles with hiring managers, posting vacancies, sourcing/hunting, resume screening, competency-based interviews, administering assessments, to managing final selection stages. • Act as a partner to hiring managers throughout the hiring process, supporting the definition of requirements, aligning expectations, and assisting in candidate decision-making. • Ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring speed, quality and clear communication throughout all stages of the recruitment process. • Conduct market mapping and active hunting for strategic positions, continuously strengthening the company’s talent pipeline and database. • Monitor Recruitment & Selection metrics, such as time-to-fill, hiring accuracy and attraction sources, proposing continuous process improvements. • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives, contributing to strengthening F360’s presence in the market. • Continuously seek new practices, tools and technologies that increase the efficiency and quality of attraction and selection processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related fields. • Solid experience conducting end-to-end Recruitment & Selection processes, working with different profiles, hierarchical levels and business areas. • Experience with active sourcing/hunting and talent attraction strategies for specialized and strategic roles. • Ability to act consultatively with leadership, aligning profiles, managing expectations and supporting hiring decisions. • Knowledge of R&S metrics, data analysis and tracking of talent attraction KPIs. • Experience conducting competency-based interviews, behavioral assessment and market mapping. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace. • Experience with an ATS, preferably Gupy. • Knowledge and experience in administering and interpreting behavioral assessments such as DISC and Big Five. • Experience in technology companies, SaaS or high-growth environments. • Interest in new technologies and the use of Artificial Intelligence applied to Recruitment & Selection.
