• Execute and control salary administration routines and personnel movements (salary changes, promotions, transfers, adjustments, job/level/structure/cost center changes), ensuring proper documentation and accurate recording in systems. • Work together with Payroll Shared Services to align payroll cut-off dates and deadlines, ensure information is sent/received within SLAs, validate the payroll impacts of movements, and resolve inconsistencies. • Provide support and serve as the interface with business areas, collecting and validating information for the creation/alteration of: • job, position, cost center, level, and compensation package, respecting deadlines and internal policies. • Request, follow up on, and control demands for the creation/update of jobs and positions (including description, requirements, level/career, salary range and organizational structure), ensuring consistency between the requesting area, HR and systems. • Maintain and support the management of job structures and pay bands (positioning within the band, internal equity, compression), supporting recommendations for corrections and decision-making. • Ensure data integration and consistency by performing checks, reconciliations and corrections when necessary. • Support compensation cycles and routines (e.g., merit increases, mass movements, reorganizations), including simulations, database consolidation and monitoring reports. • Prepare and provide reports and KPIs for monitoring deadlines and quality (e.g., volume of requests by type, backlog, SLA, registration errors, discrepancies between systems). • Drive continuous improvement: review processes, create checklists, standardize request templates, and participate in testing/validation when there are system changes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law or related fields; • Experience in Compensation with a focus on salary administration, personnel movements and interface with Payroll/People Operations. • Proven experience supporting business areas and managing requests with SLAs and payroll closing deadlines. • Knowledge of LG, Rhevolution and SAP SuccessFactors systems (operational routines and checks/reports) – a plus. • Knowledge of policies and concepts: job structures, levels/career paths, salary bands, positioning within bands, internal equity. • Intermediate to advanced English.
