📋 Description

• Monitor and analyze Actual vs. Theoretical COGS (Cost of Goods Sold); • Monitor variances by store, region and SKU; • Build variance analyses (volume, mix, price and cost); • Identify opportunities and risks affecting results; • Work closely with store teams (GAs, GOs, regional leadership); • Translate numbers into practical operational actions; • Support the development of processes such as: weekly inventory; loss and waste control; adherence to recipes/technical sheets; • Investigate significant COGS deviations; • Connect impacts across Supply, Operations and Finance; • Propose structural improvements; • Ensure the quality of data sources (SAP, SIR, etc.); • Support the monthly COGS closing; • Enhance existing processes and controls; • Structure and monitor routines (RMR, closings, reports); • Build and develop analyses using: advanced Excel; Power BI; support dashboard automation and improvement; work with large volumes of data (stores, SKUs, weeks);

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields; • Experience with costs, COGS or controllership; • Advanced Excel (mandatory); • Experience with large databases; • Experience with operations (retail / food / manufacturing) is a plus; • Power BI (significant plus); • Analytical skills, sense of ownership and strong communication skills for interaction with business areas; • Organized profile, with attention to deadlines, delivery quality and a critical view of numbers.
