📋 Description

• Provide AMS support for the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) module • Handle, analyze, and resolve user tickets/incidents • Implement system enhancements and configurations • Troubleshoot integrations and business processes • Document solutions, fixes, and customizations delivered • Support SuccessFactors release updates and rollouts • Guide and train end users when necessary • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand requirements • Ensure HR processes align with SAP standards

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically the Employee Central (EC) module • Experience handling and resolving AMS tickets • Knowledge of EC configuration, setup, and maintenance • Experience with SuccessFactors integrations, including Integration Center, APIs, and connectors • Knowledge of HR processes and organizational structures • Ability to create technical and functional documentation • Skills in process mapping and business rules analysis • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work in a team, stay organized, and manage priorities • SAP SuccessFactors EC certification is a plus • Knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules is a plus • Intermediate or advanced English proficiency is a plus • Experience with EC implementation or rollout projects is a plus • Previous AMS experience supporting large companies or working for consulting firms is a plus • Ability to deliver presentations and workshops is a plus
