📋 Description

• Manage Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes, release management, and operational standards across SAP and non‑SAP systems • Drive test governance, quality assurance, and test automation initiatives • Apply architectural standards, integration governance, and the company's best practices • Lead release governance forums, technical workshops, and hypercare coordination • Ensure documentation, traceability, and audit readiness on ALM platforms • Manage risks, technical debt, system dependencies, and operational stability • Coordinate multi‑vendor environments and manage stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) in enterprise environments • Experience with S/4HANA / Cloud ALM and integration with non‑SAP platforms • Experience in large‑scale transformation programs and global implementations • Knowledge of release management, test governance, transport/change management, and enterprise architecture • Ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate multi‑vendor environments • Ability to balance governance, operational stability, and delivery execution • Fluent English • Valid visa to travel to the United States
