📋 Description

• Perform AMS support activities, ensuring service delivery meets established quality standards and deadlines • Analyze and resolve incidents and requests related to the MM module • Document actions and keep records up to date in ticket management systems • Implement improvements and minor enhancements • Follow defined change management and governance processes

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in AMS (Application Management Services), with comprehensive knowledge of the full support lifecycle (incidents, requests, changes, and improvements) • Ability to work in a support and maintenance environment, with strong discipline in following and upholding governance processes • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest SAP S/4HANA versions • Knowledge of SAP Activate is a plus • Knowledge of the ITIL methodology is a plus • Spanish proficiency at any level will be considered a plus • English proficiency at any level will be considered a plus
