📋 Description

• Operate and take responsibility for the development and infrastructure platform based on Kubernetes, Pulumi/Terraform and cloud-native technologies • Focus on stability, reliability and long-term maintainability of the platform • Work closely at the interface between software development and infrastructure • Bring understanding of software architecture and software development into platform work • Consistently automate infrastructure processes and reduce manual efforts • Build and ensure robust monitoring and alerting • Play an active role in incident management • Conduct structured analysis of incidents and sustainably resolve root causes • Translate insights gained into the further development of the platform • Be reachable as a contact person during regular working hours for quick and reliable handling of critical incidents

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in computer science or comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience in the development and operation of cloud-native platforms and infrastructures • Deep Kubernetes expertise from design and implementation to productive operation of complex cluster environments • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools, particularly Pulumi and/or Terraform • Understanding of modern software development principles • Ideally some knowledge of Python • Sound judgment and a pragmatic approach to complex technical challenges, including in time-critical situations • Willingness to be on-call during regular working hours • Very good German language skills (at least C1)
